Senator Jay Costa:  Part of our PA Works Plan talks about some of these programs where we think that these programs are not being utilized properly, probably because of the criteria that we put into place.  And I’d be interested to know exactly which of those programs could be modified or tweaked to allow for greater access for individuals or industries that might be interested.  So, while we may have great programs, if no one is accessing them, they’re not doing anyone any good.  So, we need to take a look at that along those lines.  So, if there’s some ideas that you all see in terms of some of our programs are underutilized, I’d love to hear about how you think we can make them better and make them more accessible to folks.
