Policy Hearing – Eviction Sealing

On February 15th, Senators Costa, Muth, Saval, and Schwank, along with Representatives Smith-Wade-El and Salisbury will be holding a joint policy committee hearing on the need to adopt a statewide eviction record sealing policy. An eviction filing can follow a person for years, regardless of whether they are evicted or not, and make any chance they have at obtaining future housing incredibly difficult.

This hearing will be at the Wilkinsburg Municipal Building located at 605 Ross Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15221.
